E.R. Brownell and Associates has been in the Surveying industry since 1955. With more than 50 years of experience, our knowledge of the local conditions is there for our clients to draw upon as we help them formulate different strategies,  plans or designs for any size project. We have more than 25,000 large boundary sketches, 15,000 small survey sketches and 1000's of plats and Right of Way Maps on hand to support the needs of our current and future clients.Working and living in South Florida brings with it a certain flavor and temperament. We are centrally located in Miami-Dade County and many of our staff are bilingual.
