| E. R. Brownell and Associates was formed in Miami, Florida in 1955 and later incorporated in 1968. Mr. Thomas Brownell and Mr. Angel Lopez purchased E. R. Brownell & Associates, Inc. in 1992 from its founder Edwin Rowland Brownell. Although originally strictly a Land Surveying based firm, over the years Brownell and Associates has developed substantial operations in Land Planning and Civil Engineering supporting projects in Residential, Commercial and Telecommunications development. Throughout the growth and diversification that has marked its history however, Brownell & Associates has always maintained the core of its professional practice and operation in the field of Land Surveying and Mapping, offering its services to governmental agencies at all levels, as sub-consultants to other professional disciplines, and to the public at large.
E.R.
