Paving and drainage design services are a
mainstay at E.R. Brownell. We can take your site design or with the aid
of our Survey department create an original site design and integrate a
complete paving, grading and drainage plan for any size project.
 Whether
you are planning to development raw acreage or redevelop an existing
site we will provide you with a complete set of drawings from concept to
construction.
Having the support of 9 fully equipped survey crews makes the whole process easier, more efficient and can be completed in a timely manner. When integrating a new water or sewer system within an established area having the As Built conditions is a must. If there is nothing or limited data available within the public domain scheduling a field crew for support is not a problem. There is complete continuity between our Survey Department, Utility Design Group and the Civil Engineering section of E.R. Brownell. Jose M. Nieto, PE is a Vice President at E.R. Brownell and is also the Senior Civil Engineer. Jose Nieto has 25 years experience in the field of civil engineering and is licensed in Florida and California.
